Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to herbal tea products purchased from Ligamentaeankleu through direct inquiry and confirmed order communication.

Return Window

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us before sending any items back so we can provide return instructions and a reference number.

Eligible Items

Returns are accepted for sealed tins and unopened product packaging in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns for opened food products due to safety regulations, except in cases of verified product defect or shipping damage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used product tins
• Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
• Products purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
• Ship the item in its original packaging to the address we provide
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
